Nice rustic ambience. Kind and lovingly submitted. Very tasty food that is prepared exclusively by hand. Nice Kneiper, highly recommended!

Authentic host. It's like traveling back in time. Food is good middle class. I can unreservedly recommend the inn if you want it to be as timely and as welcoming as you used to be. We just felt really good.

We were looking for a delicious meal during our vacation in Thuringia. Fortunately, this inn was open (many restaurants in the countryside are closed in Corona times). We still rave about the dear landlord who took us in nicely and immediately set up a bed for our sleeping son. The food was excellent. German home cooking prepared with a lot of love. We had the seasoned meat dish, which we hadn't eaten so perfectly in a long time. Attention ... we'll be back when we're around :-)

Oh what were there beautiful memories from the youth! Now after over 40 years I was there again! Everything recognized immediately! It is all of very good quality! The small beer garden is also cozy. The Thuringian food is great home cooking! The landlord lends a hand with love! Every time I visit Thuringia in the "To the Liske" stop! Not to forget the nice little village with its people and the beautiful surroundings! Keep it up! 👍👍👍👍

Quaint and cozy inn with delicious Thuringian cuisine. The dumplings are a must !! Always worth a visit when we are in Thuringia.

Always worth a visit, whether just a short cup of fresh coffee, a fresh beer at the babbling fountain or a party with 50 guests for a special occasion.

Quaint inn offers typical GDR food in the best quality. We had a nice stay with many memories of old times.

We were here more than 20 years ago. The same host, who takes time for his guests, received us very friendly and with thuringian charm. The lunchtime was over, but we still got roulade with red cabbage and dumplings. Likewise there was also duck. In the beautiful beer garden in front, overlooking the small, beautiful village square with its old, beautifully renovated houses, between flowers, in beautiful weather, we sat and let us enjoy it.

Just had lunch there, super delicious food, we had the duck turkey and the Sauerbraten. Very cozy atmosphere and in the dining room there is a lot to discover. The nice host has even taken time for our son to show him a lot. We like to come back :-)
